====== Contact information form ======

We are required by the [[https://www.gesetze-bayern.de/Content/Document/BayIfSMV_7-4|Bavarian law]] to store the first name, last name and a telephone of every participant of our meetups. In case there is a COVID-19 case in our improv community, the authorities or the moderators will use this information to contact you.

Since August 2021 we also require proof of a negative test, recovery certificate or vaccionation.
